Very poor service and corruption

I am resident of indira colony pathankot

i have booked an lpg cylinder with city gas agency and the agency have not delivered the cylinder even after 21 days

the agency workers are very corrupt and have a very rude way of talking and dealing with customers.

the store keeper vipan is a very corrupt employ and he governs a lot of corruption there.

i am seriosly fed up with this agency and i am facing many problems.

i request the specefic authorities to take a strict action against this agency of pathankot
