Hi, I was employed in Cognizant Technology Solutions from May 3rd 2010 to Feb 25th. My offer letter has an incentive component and company policy states that employee on the rolls on 31st December will be eligible for incentive.
My appraiser did not submit my rating till my LWD and i came to know today that he had given me an under par rating due to which i did not get my incentive. It is not fair and I also did not get a chance to view his appraisal. I havent received any response from him as yet. I want to file a complaint. PLease advice.
