Cognizant is the most unprofessioanl company I have ever gave interview to.
I have over 6 years of experience in IT industry.
I was selected in the interview after two rounds of interview with them
The second round was with the delivery manager and he was so impressed with me that he wanted my HR round to be completed immediately.
On the same day HR called me and asked me to send all the joining related documents.
I sent it and a month passed after.
Out of curiosity I mailed the HR stating that I did not hear from them for a month.
the HR mails and says that my candidature is not taken forward as there is no fitment!
What the hell do they mean my fitment?
Why in the first place did they ask me to sit for the interview and select me.
It would have been better if they would have rejected me in the beginning.
You say that u are impressed and then ask me to send all the joining related docs on the same day to haste things and then suddenly say Thank You after a month..all the best for your future.
Dhanalakshmi is the HR who sent this and the DM is Venugopal who took my interview in the second round.
