Respected sir,

This is kishore from vizag, Here its a complaint on Mr Yeswanth (incharge

who is based at Eluru division),

complaint regarding:-Here its a dock no:-H77654851 which is booked on

6th oct of this month at Eluru in the morning at around 11am, which has to

be received on 7 th morning or by evening to visakhapatnam, when

enquired at DTDC office at N.A.D junction in the evening. They told that

doc no;is unable to trace out, which means it has not been

entered, when i call up to this Mr yeswanth, This person said will get

back to me with in 10 minutes which didnt turned up till one hour, when my

self called him up agian he has lifted the phone and then swithced

off, for which there is no feed back till another half an hour or one hour, that

is a kind of service which that person has given to me.

KINDLY GUIDE HIM IN A PROPER WAY, TO MAINTAIN CUSTOMER

RELATION SHIP AND DO THE SERVICE NEED FULL TO THE

CUSTOMER SO THAT, TO GET A BETTER BUSSINESS.
