My peaceful and polite permanant services with the company were suddenly terminated by KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd on 24th July.
The company has caused a sevior financial damage to my professional service by not paying my salary for the month of July.
Also the 3 months compensation amount for notice period (as per the company appointment letter) is not yet paid by the company upon immediate service termination. A criminal offence complaint for filing a FIR (first investigation report) against permanant employee harrasment by KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd has been given to Hinjewadi, Pune police station for further investigations.
