My previous company DHL Lemour logistics india ltd has properly submitted my P.F. claim form to MALAD Kandavali Branch, Maharashtra

Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan,

Plot No.222, Sector No.3,

Charkop Market, Charkop Poisar Road,

Kandivali (West), Mumbai - 400 067.

My company has submitted my form on 25th of April. My p.f. no. is MH/42873/3486.but still is did not recd PF ammount.
