Global Visas
I need my original certificates

On 11-12, you undertook secure UK Work permit for the sum of £1000.00.

The problems are:

I sent my original Certificates, 1.Master Degree, 2 Bachelor Degree, 3 Statement of result Master, 4 Statement of result Bachelor Degree, 5.Tax Clearance, 6. Age Declation 7.Twelve months pay slips. 8. Bank Statement to the Global Visas on the 4/12, via DHL.DHL delivered on the 8/12.Received by JAMES, But Global Visas claimed that it was not delivered and the office earlier reported that there is no James working with Globalvisas not until DHL discovered that he was transfer to Australia

The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (as amended) states that work should be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

I would like the following:

I want to appeal that Global Visas should you provide a clue on how to get any of these persons: James (that signed for the parcel), Fahd Khan (Globalvisas Immigration Account Manager) and Fayyaz Chopdat.to produce the above mentioned documents, refund of my deposit because you state in agreement NO VISA NO FEE and paid for damages there have caused me

Please respond to my complaint/complete the work in the next 14 days. If you fail to respond/remedy in this time, I will have no option but to consider taking the matter further.

Yours faithfully

Dear Adrian,

If meeting with you will achieve nothing, I will like to have the contact details of James who purportedly signed for the document and still in your service.

Your office earlier reported that there is no James working with Globalvisas not until DHL discovered that he was transfered to another of your branch office.

I want to believe that you are interested in bringing this issue to peaceful conclusion as there are more than enough evidences to show that the parcel may have got missing in your office due to constant transfer or resignation of your staff. We are talking about the original credentials to Masters level and not ordinary paper.

I want to appeal that you provide a clue on how to get any of these persons: James (that signed for the parcel), Fahd Khan (Globalvisas Immigration Account Manager) and Fayyaz Chopdat.

Regards,

Sola

Dear Sola,

Meeting with me will not achieve anything I am afraid, like I said to you, we do not have the documents you have requested. Mr. James is no longer at this branch and does not recall signing for this package on the 8th of December, Fahd and Fayyaz have left Global Visas.

Global Visas would have no interest in retaining documents that do not belong to us, if we had these documents we would return them. I am open to any suggestions but I can assure you that your documents are not in our office.

Kind Regards,

Adrian Baxter

Dear Adrian,

It is sad to hear from you that this document, which was signed by James is not not in your office.

However, I will want to physically meet with you and/or any of the staff that was directly or indirectly involved in this deal as listed below.

1. James (that signed for the parcel)

2. Fahd Khan (Globalvisas Immigration Account Manager)

3. Fayyaz Chopdat

I will want this done between now and Wednesday 07/10 as I am due to return to Nigeria this weekend.

Kind regards,

Sola
