My PF account No DL/18844/1225, Employee code: 20196, Date of joining

of the service : 20/09.

Every month Rs.268.00 is deducted from my salary from september to april.

Therefore, I request you, send me PF slip of above the following

years and final balance of PF account till today and oblige thereby.
