Emirates Air Cargo
Faulty Recruitment Practises

I have been desperatly in need of a job in the recent times when i came across a co pilot named Dominic Oliveria who claims to be working with Emirates Air Cargo. He had assured me a job in the cargo division with a bribe ammount of Rs 25000. In the initial month itself he had issued me an appointmnet letter signed by Mr Hemant Nandkumar. But the cycle dint end, it followed for the next six months by extention of the joining dates and extention of induction period, the ammt increased from 25k to 32000 etc. There were many others involved in this system namely Mr Keneth and Mr Sachin (Supritendant).

After daily trauma of 6 months time, I decided to back off from this entire deal as it dint look quite real. I do realize that this was entirely my mistake and will never again adopt this way of doing things. However it was quite amusing to hear of such a big multinational company indulged in such a complicated recruitment malpractise. As a layman i will believe the employees who are working with the giant MNC and here everyone from top to bottom seems to be having a share of the bribe. My perception about Emirates as a brand and the HR of that company has completly changed after this incident.

I have mentioned names as none of you reading this should fall prey as the talks given by these guys seem preety convincing. They will issue appt letter and Induction Invitations on the company letterhead. I have learnt my lesson, hoping that all of you reading this would be more carefull

Regards,

David
