Dear Ms./Mr. Nirmal/ any concerned agent,

Kindly refer to your mail below stating that the refund process of Rs.4466/ has been processed by your end as advised by our bankers. I have been waiting since you had informed it may take a month, but till now no credit has come through to my credit card from which the ticket was originally purchased. I have even placed in a dispute form with my bank that why have I not got the credit to my Account, my Bank states that the amount has not come to their Bank or to my Account till now.

Kindly refer to your bankers to give some details of the transfer of the money to my credit card of Visa as ur bankers might have credited to my VISA CREDIT CARD FROM WHICH THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE HAD GONE THROUGH.

Once I get some details of the transfer or some No of the transfer I can fight with my Bankers.

Kindly tell ur bankers to give some date & number or details of the refunded money with the credit Card no; to which the refund has been given then I will have some foot to fight with my Bamkers & claim the amount refunded by you.

Kindly inform me this immediately as long time passes things become more difficult to trace as the refund should have come through in 4-6 weeks max. To add the card no from which the Original ticket purchased was VISA-MASHREQ BANK (Issuer) No:4579 0950 0018 8501 . This card had an expiry date of 07, but the same number card had been renewed & now valid till 07. I do not know if this is the reason or?

As per the below mail of credit refund of INR 4466 which is now almost going to be 2 months from the time I recieved your below mail, but it is to bring to your notice that I have yet to recieve the refund to my credit card, which should not take time once if your airlines has sent the refund to my credit card number.

Kindly confirm the details & the date you have refunded or advised refund to my credit Card, so that i can take some action with my bank or the Visa credit Card company.

Shall await your early reply. If u wish to know the credit card no where the refund should go can send you as you may be having at the time I purchased the ticket.

The total amount refunded to your credit card is Indian Rupees 4466.The refund process will take approximately 30 working days from and the amount will be credited back to the original Credit/debit card used to issue the ticket. Note that your credit card company may need additional time to post the money to your account.

Thanks for the reply which now seems to be appropriate. I would only request you to let me know roughly if not exactly the amount of moneythat would be refunded to my this ticket, so that I would be able to double check with my bank the amount they credit. Further more this card is valid till July after which a new credit card would be coming through my bank to me.

I hope ur refund comes earlier to this date so avoid any further delay & confusion.
