Fake Appointment Lette

Dear Sir,

I have already submitted the complaint but i want to get a appropriate answer, whether they are cheating with the indian people, or what, if it is fake appointment letter then whats the action taken on them, by doing this, Govt is requested to take action if they are playing with the feeling and necessity of indian people, and if they are serious in placing the opportunity then y we have to make the payment, payment should be made by the concern company only those who are appointing us,
