On the procurement of your Character Verification Certificate/Expatriate Clearance Papers, Empire Hotels shall subsequently reimburse you any amount spent in the process and your two-months up-front salary will also be sent to you within 5 working days of your furnishing the Hotel with your CVC/Expatriate Clearance Papers to enable you take care of your local expenses before embarking on your trip to the UK.
Empire Hotels makes it a duty to verify the character and integrity of its employees, so it is mandatory that every employee undergoes a Character Verification screening by the Criminal Records Department of the Police here in the UK. Upon completion, you will be issued a Character Verification Certificate and after which Empire Hotels will begin the process of acquiring your travel documents (Visa and Work permit) which will enable you come to the UK to take up the employment.
Note that this Certificate is NOT to be got from your present location but from here in the UK and as stated in the attached document, you will be required to bear cost of procuring this certificate from here.
This is in accordance with the directive of the issuing authority, as it is also a means of verifying your actual location.
All recently hired Employees who do not possess a valid UK work and resident permit are advised to present their Character Verification Certificates which must be procured from the criminal records office of the UK ministry of trade and Industry here in the UK, before the commencement of the processing of their travel visa/ work permit. This shall be procured through the assistance of Empire Hotels accredited solicitor, contact details below:

1. Visa

3. Job offer Letter (Hard Copy)
4. Job offer Certificate
5. New-Hire Instructions (Pamphlet)
6. Discover Wales (Magazine from the Ministry of Tourism; 2010 Edition)
To accept this job offer, sign and date this job offer letter where indicated.
If you accept this job offer, your hire date will be on the day that you attend new-hire orientation. Plan to work for the remainder of the business day after new-hire orientation ends. CONTRACT TERMS: Employer shall employ Employee for a period of Five (5) years from the effective date aforementioned. This letter of agreement shall be automatically renewed for a successive additional One (1) year term unless notice of termination is given in writing by either party to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the initial term or any such renewal term.
Prior to Resumption: As inscribed above, you shall also be expected to start your job processes by acquiring your Character Verification Certificate as a sign of readiness to enable you receive all your due entitlements prior to resumption of duty and to enable you settle all domestic necessities before embarking on project trip to forestall delays on your side.
GOVERNING LAW / AUTHORIZATION TO WORK: This letter agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with, and be governed by, the laws of the UK Government and the second ministerial meeting between European Union (EU) on terrorism, which was held in Brussels on 11th October 1999. Where regulations adopted on Immigration Reform and Control Act, you will need to present documentation demonstrating that you have authorization to work in United Kingdom
