I happened to have utilised your recommended service so the said company www.greenlandjourney.com and am completely dissatisfied with their services as well as their state of affairs in which they do their business with travel and tourism.

The kind of busines they do is joke. I am brining this to your attention to make sure that next time even if you recommend such small time short term goal players to any customers, not only your companys image is at stake but the whole concept of travel and tourism is at stake when such horrible consultants convert them as mere commission agents instead of being true travel agents.

They behave and think that customer reviews dont count in this country of 1 billion people, they think that the customer could be taken for a ride plus they are not worried about customer satisfaction or customer hard earned money.

I would request your kind consideration to the below communication which happened between me and the company and the same be taken in due respect to help prevent other gullible indians and NRIS to be caught in their blunderous schemes and dubious consultantancy.

The said company below has been referred to ministry of overseas indian affairs, ministry of tourism plus consumer affairs ministry india as well as embassy and consultate of India in the the country i reside in.

The entire revolt and disparity and difference arises with them on following points:

1. Non clarity of imminent issues while travelling

2. Non transperancy of the iterinary

3. Hotel stay arranged of disgraceful standards compared to the money charged for the same. same money would have got better quality hotels. But margins was their main motive.

4. Drivers hired from third party company are of unprofessional type and are not concernd for the customers iterinary. The custome ris held at ransom and is a puppet to the drivers demands as Drivers attitude is normally of bossy type and not concerned with the tour package arranger. Drivers have their own rules and regulations from their own company. But travel agent says something else and conveys wrong facts and ground realities when one is with driver is different. Drivers regulations were never conveyed to customers and were said that customers can move the car at will ny where but drivers dont do their duty after 20:00 PM on any tour day this grave information is missing.

5. Non proper guidance or consultancy is provided to the customer regards to the sight seeing points.

6. The Customer is not cared for nor the Customer is concerned for when leaved with Driver as company already received their 50% part payment covering hotel costs as well as margins earning. Rest 50% given to the driver while on way to tour points in form of their companys earnings for the tour.

7. Customer concerns when raised with the proper channels are frought with utmost arguments form consultants.

8. I had a horrible nightmare and my family just hates the very memory of this tragic experience in our life.

9. The Iterinary clearly mentions in subsequent emails "Sightseeing included". this statement means all costs to site borne bythe party in concern that is tour arranger.but this information on costing or means to visit the sites was never properly conveyed to the customer.

10. Driver didnot cover the place in question being Chandigarh as per the tour iterinary. There were grave logical reasons attached to the same and also that due to improper planning of the tour as well as unorganised package arranged for.

11. No where on the tour it is clear that how would night life be experience or evenings be experienced by the customer at such places like Shimla where parking is a nightmare and of limited perios being say 2 hours at one stretch and not more than that? suppose if hotel is 12 km from spot how would parking be done and market sightseeing done?

12. Night life is imminent to any city or town in sight seeing. But no body told drivers have their work slot until 20:00 on any given day to work for.

13. Hotels arranged for needed heel lot of childish bargaining to be able to provide even the basic amenities like Hot water to their customers. The standards were worst and not mathcing to the money paid for.

Kindly requesting to see the above 13 points being solely the customers bitter experience and we being NRI have seent eh whole world. But his kind of experience at hands of this travel agency is pathetic. Kindly requesting your stern action and please ever never recommend such travel agency to any customer of your as it would only help Tarnish your image further.

Lastly let me know how to write whole hearted reviews of this experienc eon your website (other than facebook) or post it so as other customers are aware of the very Nonsense attitute of such small time commission agents who bein unprofessional tour consultants.

This is with respect to the Travel Itenirary as well as the overall experience we happened to have had at your customer / guest relationship Mangement for a trip booked from 17th -23rd March.

The very essence of travel and tourism as was its very meaning and the professional ethics associated with the same have all been put at stake when marking your services as well as the guidance on the said tour package.

Having spoken to you in the middleof our trip as well as conveying you the problems as well as non confirmity to the said planned journey due to no proper pre planning or experience on your part has rendered me as well as my family a worst kind of experience which has not only put a black mark or a horrible expericne for life time on us but has almost mad eus to believ that being Indian in India dealing with Indians and taking serivces rendered by Indians would let us think 1000 times next times as to trust our own nation people.

Your Said company is in this Business since 2005 and its quite a couple of 6 odd years in this business. Having calculated enough and enough i realised that i been further duped and the recovery of credit balance is necessary over and above as to what was agreed in the hustle bustle while enroute to delhi on road.

We are people a family who makes trips twice a year. We have been almost to every country of this world and this was our first time experience with an Indian organization and the Indian Tour organiser along with a team of Specialised Indian tour Specialists for the very first trip to an Indian Location that is north india.

We trusted your organization seeing the "Recognition of Ministry of Tourism" Mark on your website. Now since we have bene through a horendeous reality at ground level and since our trip was more of understanding the ground realitities and organisers realities than enjoying the very so called tourist "Points" as said in the iterinary, we feel pity and highly merciful on your state of affairs, your Business Policies, your ethics, your very Human Characteristics plus your very being in this business of tourism.

I said and interacted with you seeking your Advice and help on tourist spots as well as this being your duty to guide me appropriately as well as to guide a customer in with full fledged information. After completing the tour midway we found there is 0% clarity in the information relayed by you at first instance; second there is a 100% intended modus operandi of your organisation being more of A 100% Middle agent than a professional tour consultancy firm. I feel like kiling myself top down as to why did the destiny put me in your hands to be slaughtered black white and Blue... though not Red.

If for any reason as discussed telephonically with you enroute to delhi, that i felt bad or we felt deceived, duped and discomforted was your attitude before taking the money from our end and the attitude after we are completing the journey.

Since your concern here is only Money and Margins, moreover making a short term goal of siphoning margins somehow or the other without even seeing a long term future; this made me and us to decide to let you help know what we seek now and what our intended aim is in dealing with you post our Horendous tour experince which was not only Disgusting and gory distasteful, abominable, awful, beastly, cloying, creepy, detestable, distasteful, foul, frightful, ghastly, grody, gross*, gruesome, hateful, hideous, horrid, horrific, icky, loathsome, lousy, macabre, monstrous, nasty, nauseating, nerdy, noisome, objectionable, obnoxious, odious, offeivensive, outrageous, repellent, repugnant, revolting, rotten, satiating, scandalous, scuzzy, shameless, shocking, sleazeball, sleazy, stinking, surfeiting, vile, vulgar, yecchy, yucky and all such adjectectives associated with this tour experience.

Moreover, coming to the point we have felt completely objectionable at the end of the tour with your itirenary as well as your explanation on telephone for following points and reasons:

1. The Travel itinerary mentions all tour points to be covered, but no where in the tour program it is mentioned about time constraints to be noted. There are many places where if one doesnt move out at 7:00 AM one is then not able to cover the spot properly or reach one destination properly. Kindly please note that be specific and mention proper transperant timings because as you said on phone it is tentative but in reality it is not. one that is driver who is the best person to know the real timings for anything. your plan is base don hay way tentative things with out any research and development into it.

2. Many points of coverage require one to move at 07:00 AM in morning or half hour later. Since this should be know fact to you then also it should be know to you when you have booked hotels with Breakfast that in almost all hotels we stayed average timings of break fast are from 08:30 onwards. Since we paid for Breakfast as you had already included without letting one know that this could be scrapped off due to odd timings; we as a customer had lost much of money in it without utilizig the services.

3. There are many hotels which we discussed and then you had provided me the hotels too; but none of the hotels stayed gave a standard proper serice except mountain top. all hotels we had to cry, bargain for either Breakfast to be served early or at some hotels they said you have to compromise as Break fast could only be served to 2 people and not 3 of you like the stupid aachman. Aachman had us bargained a lot.

4. welcome drinks are part and parcle of all the international hotels visited till date including the hotels visited of the countries whose economy is even less powerful than india. We were surprised that at Sun park the treatment was extremely stupid and at aachman they told the travel agent has to write and mention include welcome drinks. this is a stupid gesture of any travel agent because welcome drinks is a part and parcel of customer etiquette. Atleast a glass of water does a miracle if not juices to the tiresome customers.

5 Mr. Sunil Vashisht told that moment one has to give a call to sunil and complain about hotels but how can you expect a complain call at 07:00 in the morning first and secondly how confirmed it is that the lines and mobile connections work at such huge mountain heights or elevations sometimes.thirdly if one calls from hotel std lines, one has to shelf out money from ones own pocket for std calls . why there is the need to complain when all is paid in full and final to the travel consultants. it if your duty to ensure it previously.

6. drivers job is to leave the customer at the point example Kufri or Naldehera. No where it is exactly mentioned in the plan sheet that the point is just a start point where driver would drop the customer. to see the sight seeing spots one has to continue the journey via Horse or pony. There is no other means as to reaching the tops of such places without pony or horse becaus egoing with foot one would have to tremble down the hill as the ways are not meant nor mapped accordingly by government there. did you mention these stuff? plus did you mention that pony ride per government price costs 380 per person, did you also mention that there seemingly are the visiting spots only atop the hills accessible at these kufri or naldhera points? we had to shelve out 380* 3 * 2 times at both spots. Isnt it your duty to tell this very important basic information to the customer at first instance? i would have scrapped this points from my iterinary when i would have known this. instead the mr. So called consultant Sunil was arguing with me as to then a travel consultant would also tell you how much is the cost of water bottle like bisleri mineral water atop the hill to which i replied that i drink my own urine or we better drink our own urine atop the hill when such kind of questions are asked and such information is not relayed to the customer at first instance.

7. Did you ever mention to the customer that Driver duty hours are from early in the morning till 20:00 PM late in the evening. Drivers themselevs tell customers that after 20:00 it is not their duty to go to thehemselevs and sight seeing places or anywhere else? did u ever mentione the thekha dari attitutude and this commonly agreed standards of toursit vehicle drivers of delhi who have a common rule of work among themselves.?

8. we moved from Shimla and per iterinary its written Chandigarh sight seeing included. Since driver was relayed information that on Tuesday that day the Rock Garden was closed due to technical reason as well as Sukna lake sightseeing has a boat ride within which was never relayed by your office. Instead to it mr . travel consultant Sunil mentioned that our duty is to leave you at spot and point and do the tata bye bye to the spot. i said going to spot and not enjoying boat ride which starts only after 19:00 pm is no way doing the spot fully. we come to north to do boat ride and enjoy spot because such features ar enot in mumbai. i mean you should have put correct information to the client saying so and so spot has so and so timings for opening and closing withboat ride etc. If i would have know the reality then i would have never done that spot and never included chandigarh in my iterinary. Moving from Shimla at 09:00 AM we reached New delhi at 22:00 PM. The driver explained the problems and also gave a grave scenario in open reality about moving and doing sight seeing in chandigarh. Its a 30 KM drive in and 30 KM drive out from main highway to inside chandigarh plus 30 km inside chandigarh to do sightseeing. if this distance is coverd in on this day we would have reached delhi by night 02:00 AM or 03:00 AM to our hotels. this wa the duty of your agnecy to consult driver of its feasibility as well as its possibility when moving out from shimla. since certain factors didnot suit like park closed, sukhna lake boat ride only after evening 07:00 PM; plus punjab tax of 150 per day; plus reaching then delhi at late night post mid night; all these factors were decicing enough to scrap off chandigarh and accordingly scrap of 80 Kilometers approximately from the trip overall.

9. The drivers which you provide know much better than your consultants. then why dont you consult the driver and make the iterinary properly and give to clients. they know the spots timings to move from hotel etc. here the iterinary is different, drivers advice to real time scenarios is different, ther eis differenc ein opinion between travel agency and the drivers thoughts. No body has ever consulted each other and at the end customer is put into a strangers hand with a strange iterinanry and the travel consultants are not worried whether the customer returns back alive or is dead midway or is unhappy mid way because each has received its cut of the payments in form of percentages anyways and done with creating a so called margins of income.

10. There is utmost distrust when it comes to hotels. the rates of hotels and the kidn of services dont match at all. We pay for every penny a worh of service but hotels are so badly serving your clients upon that you need a call early morning at 07:00 to let you know whats the ground reality or truth.

11. the hotels stayed in like Aachman has beds woods filled with extemely strange moths or species which made the night worst for the customer. Plus lot os disgruntlement as well as arguments had to be done before getting any servie and asking for custoemr rights. But after arguments the manager succumbed everytime to customer demands. My thing is when i have paid for service why i am not eligible for it.

12. kindly let the customer always knwo that hotels can be booked without breakfast and it is not feasible for the breakfast to be taken in hotel because all hotels stayed served breakfast only after 08:30 AM in the morning plus driver always demand to move at 07:00 early morning due to their judgement of reaching and time taken to travel to the point of sight seeing.

13. if all such facts about the horse pony ride to sight seeing, sukhna lake realities, entrance charges to the sight seeing spots ; charges for the pony horse for reaching spots are coveyed to the customer in black and white then its much better for taking decisions to make appropriate payments.

14. here nothing is clear other than a major understand that driver would take custoemr to the spot of sight seeing. kindly metione details.

15. we just noted the last thing being at all our world tours the travel consultants made us feel at home as well as we had a last day where our consultants met us off with a token of goodwill. This was the very first trip where a travel agent is busy making only commissions and enjoying the margins and only interested in the said margins and least interested in its customers post payment made, least interested whether customers comes alive out of the trip or even least interested in sharing a token of goodwill.

Requesting your kind understanding that since you had made required reservations at hotelas but since we didnt get to do proper BF at Sun park nor we had good services at Sun Park in Punjab or at Aachman in Shimla. You told payments have already been made but margins of earning are still with you so you may sacrifice it for a better customer review of your understanding of the scenario and transperancy to it.

Margins are a part of Business policy, but margins without proper consultation and proper guidance to any customer are sin to ones own business as its sugests only short term goals of profit makin and not log term goals of Customer winning and harnessing new customers for Business.it is quite understandable that as am requesting you to kindly start initiating procedure to decide as to reimbursing the customer back from your very margins that you have had made atleast a portion of what is supposed to be returned.

Noting the above as well as given all the facts in hand, last but not the least you had mentione din one of your emails "Sight seeing included". In any international tours to any country visited till today including countries poorer than India; all sightseeing entrance fees ad well as means and ways to be takes to reach the sightseeing place is properly conveyed to the customer in its entirety and the charges along with it be it entrance charges as well as travel means charges like horse pony or truck or safari etc. the mere mention of this statement "Sight Seeing included" suffices the entire meaning of it. Since travel and tourism certifications are international i dont think indian standards have different norms then intenratinal standards.

Please note thereis no complaint against our driver Ombir as he proved to be very good in his duty as well as he proved to very good guide and advisor too.

Lastly, if you at all need to understand anything better than above or our telephonic coversation we had at end of trip, its just that try to become a travel consultant or than a small time travel agent. Its unfortunate that you have met us the custoemrs who have travelled with all around the world with professional tourism agencies like you, but none of standards so lower than your standards be it even in countries like Africa, Srilanka or Nepal or Bhutan or even Phillipines whose economies are worst then India.

Since travelling with your organization, we not only lost time, money and our vacation but moreover had a bitter life time expericne and a black indelineable mark on our hearts. We humans come and relate on this earth to have love passiona nd compassion. One small deception and one small act of deceiveing a client can rupture the hearts and shatter the soul apart like a glass broken out never to be mended back. We moved out of Delhi unhappy, we reached home with our hearts cursing in and out spontaneoulsy to your acts. Its not our choice, its just natural process " Jab dil dukhta hai aur choth gehri pahunchte hain, tab Aah nikalti hain ". i dont wann curse ou nor your business, but teach you something as well as regain the money lost in not doing chandigarh as well as due to unpleasant hotels.

Please be noted we didnot go to chandigarh = ~ 80 Kilometers = 8.25 * 80 km = 660 Rupees.

we didnot do Kufri point atop hill as we came to know Horse Pony charges = ~Rs. 380 per person as "Sight Seeing was Included" as written but we spent already on horse riding on

Naldehera site and finished money there already and never knew that horse is required to see sights there at both points and one cannot make with foot. Money spent at Naldhera Site = 380 * 3 persons = Rs. 1140.

There were numerous occassions where entrance charges at sites like Nalaghad, Pinjaouri gardens and also at New Delhi were spent which is approximately 350 rupees in total. "Sight Seeing was Included" was written on iterinary and we thought it was travel agency stuff as they had already charged us the money. if thats the thing in iterinary it should be clearly mentioned Sight seeing non included" whichmeans payments to visit sights not included.

the Rs. 1300 deduction done while talking to sunil was only for not using Air conditionion in the Car and Punjab Tax (150 * 2=300 rupees).

There still remains discrepancy as to the hotel stuff. When a person dislikes hotel or its BF its his prerogative to dicard its services. since we blindl trusted your services and throught your company to be Consultants than Mere Commission Agents; we would like you to reimburse at an agreed level regards to hotel servies rendered. Its not only that Payments have been given in full to hotels but your commissions still remain at large which could be parted off for the very bad services rendered in full by the said hotels. when a hotel charges 3000 - 4000 rupees a room and renders no services or merely small services; as comapred to the charges levied; there is a matter of concern to fight for ones hard earned money.

Taking into consideration above views, and the entire picture into consideration we had friends and family and relatives gropus who are now visiting nepal after our visit and enrouting to the same delhi north india tourism pathway. My experience would have to guide them for the future plan in coming months and years. Slince this experince proved to be a nightmare along with a black mark on ones memories; i would surely be in posisiton of dilemma as to guide them or these groups.

I humbly request your kindness and understanding along with cooperatin to help you and your team understand that Trave and Tourism is done once in a blue moon, with ones hard earned money and with a passion along with whole lot of enthusiasm and belief that it remains a cherishable memory.

Making someoes experience a life time unforgettable horendous experience which one would liek to Vomit or not sleep with or share with is equal to a great accidental circumstantial tragedy equivalent to an Accident where a limb is broken or a life time handicaped with this black memory.

I request your kind understanding that Short term business views, mere commisin agents, or merely being atested by Ministry of tourism india doesnt make you nor your existence nor your ethics worthwhile for any one to have a cherishable experience.

I humbly request you to kindly please dont apologise as have already told sunil on phone; but do try to understand that we lost our hard earned money doing nothing but getting stuck in with circumstances; and it is only that now have last option to ask my right to the equivalnt indian rupees as highlighted above to be reimbursed backinto my account. Every apology of your seems to have been coming out of cunning minds and then repeating the same acts again and again. there is no stop to your business ethics which are seemingly going wrong. If at all you still believe in God and Humanity then do be least assured that i have stopped believeing in God as well as Humanity and temples equally after your staff and you giving me this experience of a lifetime that too being an Indian from the lands of Buddhas and Krishnas. Wow.

We had decided to make a last small stop over by your office at patel nagar, but owing to circumstances that driver himself juggling off the talks when merely expressing interest in meeting lively the people behind my iterinanry ; lucky you that we hadnt stepped into your office else i dont know if you at all would have been ashamed to see us as to who we were and what services have you rendered to us.

Internationally Business is run black and white. all is said to the person and all is explained both in writing and on phone. there is a clear plan and clear cut clarity in iterinary plus there is enough room to get the splits in fees charged for every step.there is no room for questions left. Herein this trip we foudn we have done a big Zero and there are 100000000000000000000000000000000 Questions left as to why at all you exist as Travel Commission AGents plus why are you recognised by Ministry of Tourism plus why your website is built in a fashion depicts professional tourism plus why are your so different before taking the money or said part payment and afer taking the part payments.; why is it that you dont have a clear goal ; why is it that customer satisfaction and customer is Bhagwan or customer is lAXMI IS NOT A PART OF YOUR Belief being in india.??? / i mean questions are endless... hope you can answer and hope you can sleep in peace with such questions.

I am so helpless that at one end, i am feeling mercy and pity on you and your team and at other end am feeling revengeful to take up the matter with Indian High commission in my country as well as the required channels. am confused because the entire trip has put me in dilemma as well as in thinking.

I also feel pity on state of affaris on the Indian tourism industry giving you the very recognition in full without even auditing the very standards of Business Practice and differentiatingbetween tourism consultancy as well as tourism commission agents. the service rendered by your side from start to end from taking 50% part payments to delivring rest to driver and not being concerned of the tourists well being as well as ensuring hassle free journey itself highlights of your being of the category as travel and tourism commission agents. Consultants have a role farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr apart from what you have played with your citizen in your country. Lastly if you ever would have written me the whole jounrey in Black and White as well as explained me the realities of ground on phone or email ; i would have never ever agreed to this trip or the amount charged for the same as at the end of journey we did a big Zero or 6N / 7 D trip.
