Widrawal of pf amount

Sir,

I was Working At Tata Indicom Under adecco flexione workforce solution ltd.

I had sended my PF REFUND form to Fill & Submit in your Branch of Banglore on 07/04,

they are now saying that we are Submitted this form in September.

Yet today i have not received this Status & Amount.

I tried to the Status through phone and raipur branch, but both of this refused me.

Now I want to know the Status of my PF account and on which date i get the amount approx.
