EPF Claim Not Settled

Hi,

My EPF number is HR/GGN/29073/1051

I had applied for EPF withdrawl.

On 5th of September I got two messages from BP-EPFO that my amount has been settled and sent to my account number, I still didn't get my money credited into my account.

If I call EPF Office, they never pick up the phone.
