Dear Sir,
This is A Harsha Kumar Hebbar, ex employee of Fidelity Investments Bangalore and my Employee Id was A397094 and my PF account number is HR/GGN/25531/4407. I have resigned from the job and applied for PF withdrawal. On August 16, my employer Fidelity Investments has filed a Form 19 & 10C to Commissioner, Regional Provident Fund Office, Gurgaon. But till now my PF withdrawal amount has not credited to my Banker, i.e., Karnataka Bank Ltd, Mannagudda, Mangalore.
I have received a first confirmation PDF documents (which states my PF withdrawal amounts have sent to my Banker) from my employer and I have waited for money to credit. But when I enquired with the bank I received a reply stating no amount has received pertaining to my PF withdrawal. Hence I have filed RTI application to PF office Gurgaon stating no PF amount credited to my banker. When I enquired with my employer they have sent one more PDF document showing my PF withdrawal amounts have returned back to PF office stating address not found.
In between I have received a letter from PF office Gurgaon in reply to my RTI form and which states that once again my PF amounts were send to my banker on Dec 21. Continuously i have enquired with my banker from past one month regarding but reply was no settlement amount received. Hence once again I have sent all the documents pertaining to my PF to the above mentioned address along with my photo copy of bank pass book statement and one cancelled cheque leaf as address proof to regional provident office, Gurgaon on Jan 27 through Registered post. Till now neither i have received any reply nor my PF withdrawal amount credited to my banker.
Now it is more than 6 months over and I have not received my PF amount and my family financial condition is so poor. So iam sending all those documents to you through email. Please do the needful in getting my PF amount. Expecting a true reply from you.
