as on 2/07/10 but till i have not yet received my pf.

my pf no. is MH/91534 group no.46 and pf / ac N0. is 1380.my leaving date is 20/12/09.my acount no is 246010100147446.(axis bank)

kindly take the action immediately & do the needful.
