Wrong delive

Dear Sir,

My son's Hall ticket containing cover was handed over at Secunderabad DTDC office Alwal Franchise (Phone: 040 27960252) on 21.9.11. When enquired -09343588500 (Bangalore office boy), it was told that the cover is delivered. On account of wrong delivery my son is unable to write the exam on 25.9.11. This will cost heavily. Would like to put in consumer cell to avoid such mistakes by your courier service in future.
