i have taken loan from your company for 36 month which started in 2008 so the emi is 10724 i have been paying the emi regularly but due to uncertain happings i faild to pay two dues which i had already discussed with the executive and i had promised him regarding the payment which was skipped from me but if not at once but according to my convenience, but today the customer care service department hurted the faith towards your company, how can you keep such an uneducated staff in your company who cannot deal with the customer who doesn't know how explain to the customer is this the training you have given to your staff to speak random way they want even slang i never expectd such kind of rude behaviour from your end please justify my matter as soon as possinle as i am completely hurt.
