No disconnection of 15 CUG numbers despite many reminders

I had taken 15 cug postpaid connections for the workers and with a commitment from the distributor that the bills shall be sent online before 5th of each month to enable me to deduct from the salaries of the workers the bill amount and that 3 NOKIA mobiles shall be given. But contrary nothing happened and when workers had left the job neither I was able to deduct from the salary nor could do anything to stop the operation of the cell despite may complaints to the service provider. The ousted workers are still using the cell and I feel helpless to discontinue the uses. The attitude of the customer care people if continue with the same attitude I am afraid the TATA shall go to the lowest ebb in the days to come. My connection no. is 09216105521 and 14 more.
