Regarding appointment & demand of DD

I have received appointment letter fron G C I Enterprises Regarding appointment by G C I Enterprises. I am very glad on receiving the appointment letter but at the same time also got in dilama that interview or document verification procedure has not been followed. I am willing to join but before that Demand for D D has been made. Please give me the real status of the company G C I Enterprises which demands a D D payable at Delhi
