PF amount not received

I am worked in delhi. I had left the job in GILI INDIA LTD. in 1/july. I had not received the PF amount. My PF No is MH/BAN/43485/2142. Gili concern person had told me "there is some problem in PF office that's why your PF is delay". I am not satisfy this answer.
