Non receipt of my PF

Sir,

I left my job with Give India on 29th Februay 2010.The company delayed my PF unduly and finlly on 17th August I was ale to send youthe reuired forms. So far I have not received ant information from your office in Ahmedabad.

Please consider this as urgent and take early action.
