Salaries are not paying properly and harassing me and all my colleagues

The same case is with Delhi Branch of Green Chillies Web solutions Priavte Limited

Employees Simran Ranbir Singh, Vishal Saini and Savita Saini (HR) all are not worth talking

I left this company properly with resignation, relieving letter . This company was not making salaries payment on time and was delaying the salary for a month and so on ..

After I left, I kept on mailing for my pending dues . They cleared small amount . But now, they do not respond on emails and verbally on phone they say no pending amount will be cleared .

My amount pending with company totals to Rs 18,000 + Rs14000 (This amount they said will be paid in Taxes and form 16 will be provided) . They have not filed the returned . Not paid the taxes nor given me Form 16 or any other information for the same and have deducted Rs14000 also.

Thus total amount due on them is Rs 32,000/-

I want my money back

This owner has further declared two of his companies as bankrupt earlier.
