I have received the letter of appointment

Dear sir,

i have the company latter of G.C.I. ENTERPRISES, i applied for the job of supervisor post 3 months. it was publised in EENADU daily news paper. receintly i had received the appointment letter. if any organisation want to give the job first they have to arrange the interview. but with out interview they send the appointment letter. and the main thing is they want to send the DD OF 2850 Rupees, and he mentioned that u have to send the DD only private courier service. is it correct.so please enquiry on this company.
