THE RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE IN GOWAHATI, ASSAM, THERE EMPLOYEES DO NOT HOW TO BEHAVE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER...

I am Kamal Narzary from Assam, Tezpur ; the postpaid customer of Reliance India Company. My complain is that i was asking about my bill by calling customer care Guwahati (Assam)... but unfortunately they barred my outgoing facility... i was try to know about this matter but MISS MOOMI, MISS. POLLABI, MR.PRANAB, MISS NATASA they dont give me any responded... all time they are said taht, PLEASE KINDLY HOLD THE LINE AND CUT MY PHONE... WHY??? I am asking to Honorable Director Sir, (Assam) why they doing like that???

When They barred my outgoing service, i was called after 1 hour, they said they cant say anything because they doing up gration their system... after 2hours i have to be called to know about my problem...

Its unbelievable they said again and again till 2 days... oh my GOD... un discussing.

After 2 days they send me one bill to my e-mail add. and it is... oh my goodness... the payable bill was Rs. 2163.00 only for 2 days...

ITS MY REQUEST TO HONORABLE DIRECTOR SIR, PLEASE KINDLY RECHECK MY BILL... AND SEND TO MY E-MAIL ID.AND PLEASE DO NEED FULL FOR YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EMPLOYEE, GUWAHATI.
