Hi,
I have worked 4 years in Haritham technologies.
Below I listed the complaints.
1. They won't pay salary on time.
2. If you put paper if you are good resource they will not allow you to go out.
3. If you put paper they will terminate immediately without any reason (or they will create own reason). And they wont give the expericen certificate and black mail you..
4. They wont pay last month salary (this condition applicable for all).
5. In freshers. they wont pay first 3 months salary.
6. They dont have original software too. All softwares are crackable.
For me,
They cheated 2 lakhs for me and made drama for stolen the source code.
