This is to state that i was working as a sale executive in Hdfc bank Ltd. through HBL Global Pvt. Ltd.(sister concern of Hdfc bank ltd.). I worked for 6yrs. till March as was unable to continue due to some personal problem.
Now its near about 2yrs. my PF & Form 16 (april 08 to march) is not being provided to me.
