Respected Sir,

We need help because HCL managers (Ashit Sharma, V.Rohit, M.Bineesh, Avinash Tripathi, Sharad Nigam)(5 Super Power) sitting on the TOP is not solving our problem but creating problems for us day by day whenever we try to interact with them by telephone they will not receive our phones. If they receive then they talk very rudely to us. If we talk about salary they start abusing us. They treat us as an I.T. Labor or H.C.L. Labor. The situation is going to be more then worst day by day because they forget that behind any project or any organization the back bone is the manpower working in the Project / Organization.

Now we have no hope from HCL INFOSYSTEMS because the Team Leaders working since last 2-3 Years are getting the same salaries they are getting at the time of joining and N.F.E. working in NICNET / UP-SWAN PROJECT are getting 3500-6000.Why salaries are based on qualification when we have to perform the same work / Job. Engineers like T.L. /N.F.E working for HCL are O.J.T. (On Job Trainee) for the past 1-3 Years. We don’t know when we will complete our training.

Every company is giving the bonus to their employees from the profit that company earns but in HCL bonus is deducted from N.F.E. salary and given at the end of the year without Interest.

P.F. is deducted from N.F.E. Salary but there is no P.F.A/C opened by HCL Insofystems. No T.A. is give to N.F.E. working in Tehsil /Blocks for coming to NIC for different works. Phone Reimbursement is not given to N.F.E.

Diesel Amount is Transffered to T.L. / N.F.E. Account to make the genset operational in District / Tehsil /Block after sending complete Diesel Bill/ Log Book verified by D.I.O the diesel amount is deducted from T.L. and N.F.E. Account in 2 months. Hcl is now treating T.L./N.F.E. as a Genset Operator who will take the Diesel container and go to the petrol pump and purchase the Diesel then put the Diesel in the Genset and make the Genset Operational and keep the site up but HCL forgot that petrol pump is 5-6 Kms away from Tehsil / Block and who will pay the convence amount.

HCL INFOSYSTEMS is not giving salary on time to T.L.New Joinee. N.F.E. Posted in District / Tehsil / Block is getting his first salary after 4-6 months. If a N.F.E. goes to HCL OFFICE Lucknow then he has to wait for 4-6 Hours to open his salary account in ICICI / HDFC Bank.

HCL INFOSYSTEM is also not returning the P.F. money deducted from salary of N.F.E. who resigned from his job for several reasons and also not giving experience letter on time. If a T.L. goes to collect his form 16 A then he has to stay in Lucknow for 2-3 days to collect his form 16A.

SWAN/NICNET Project running is all over India Engineers are getting 130000 Salaries and they performing their duties very well but in Uttar Pradesh the situation is more than worst due to HCL Policies.

Now HCL INSOSYSTEMS is making pressure on N.F.E. to put their signature on their Extension Letter and Annexure and send till 15/12.

We request all NIC higher officials (District/State Unit) to help us because we are working in NIC Projects (NICNET/UPSWAN) and convey our message of D.G. /S.I.O. Mr. S.B.Singh because now there is no hope left from HCL INFOSYSTEMS they are making situation more than worst day by day.
