Pathetic Hyd Sales Team

Arrogant Proudy disgusting HCL sales staff blaming HCL brand name and loosing corporate sales and frequent customers who are addicted to HCL brand, I have lifted the issue to the HCL board members and owner of HCL, lets see how the treat the problems which our company faced from HCL lazy hyd sales team. I, ll update and accordingly about the responses about my issue.

First of All its clearly shows that you are hiding the mistakes of your team in all sense you are making an bad image of HCL, If you people are not entertain resellers that why are you entertaining other resellers, It doesn, t make sense out of it dear you are simply denying and rejecting coming business for HCL and escaping from issue, We are resellers its our concern that to whom we are reselling HCL products whether is gonna be an home user or corporate or govt organizations. Is it rule or mention on HCL pc that this pc only to sale for end/home user only, I really cant understand how you came on that level you are explaining us in in HCL internal Acronyms ND-NIL etc etc, Which you have to address in detail with contacts in order us to clear things, Who is and where is the HCL sales in Hyderabad?? Than whom shall we contact to buy HCL products?? Who is responsible for issues related to HCL dealer/resellers?? Than why your team came to us with an reseller form and taken filled for the submission, If your team is not our concern than why the initial escalation is started and they, ve asked by Mr. C.Jaganthan to do the needfull be informed and awake yourself that YES we deal consumer computing to end/home users same time we deals in corporate sales and you haven't read my mail clearly i clearly mention that we got the pay PO and funds for HCL from our client and we have sent the requirements in the form PO to your team and than story started, Mr. Suresh kindly awake you are working for HCL you are not HCL, Just because of your team carelessness and failure commitments We have buy HCL machines from an HCL RD "Balaji Computers" and ordered more 50machines this RD is dealing with your team.if we are turning in reseller or home user or corporate sales that is our internal issue not your personal concern, We need products and we are paying for it we its not important the channel Already we are agreed on prices with Mr. Anil even after that your team back out and excusing them hiding their mistakes and behaving like owner of HCL you are part of HCL not HCL.This is really disgusting & arrogant reply from you. However this is not smart enough way to escape from challenges and issues, If the escape and ignorance will continue i have decided to address my issue to the HCL board members panel same time i will publish this arrogant face of HCL sales in Press Media news channels i will publish this mail history.

As explained to you over telephone on 14.05. we have B2B and B2C divisions in HCL catering to the different customer segments. We represent ‘ consumer computing’ – B2C division and we cater to the customer in the home segment only through the appointment of retailers/resellers. The retailers/resellers in turn sell it to the home user. The B2B division, caters to Govt, large corporate, SI, BFSI and other segments directly by HCL. This is what has been explained during the call.

If there is any requirement concerning to the home segment requirement of bundling the DT /LT along with the flats sale (real estate) or in any means addressing the home user for computers, we will be keen to address such requirements.

After discussion with my team mates, have understood that we have not received any PO or money, we request you to buy our machines from our exclusive ND – IMIL . You may place the PO on them and bill the machines from the ND for any such requirements.

Hence i request you to please come up with an clear picture and do the needfull with required actions specially focused for corporate sales with commitment and issue of HCL Authorize Reseller we have submitted application 2weeks back its pending from a month.

As per your final commitment by our telephonic conversation dated 12-05, You have promised me to deliver the HCL Atom all in one PC, HCL ME laptop and HCL dual Core Desktop But i did not received any response from you till now and as usual Mr. Anil is also not lifting my phone.

This is the third time HCL fails to delivery on the committed time, As Mr. Anil gives us a HCL new AIO Brochures we have circulated and Upon HCl (Alik & Anil) Commitment only we have called board members of an state govt university and our local marketing agents to see the demo.

Mr. Anil promised us to bring delivery 11.00am in the morning dated 10-05.We start trying his number from 10.00am but he did not answer us till 04.00pm with an failure and fake commitment and We make our clients wait upto 02.00pm, Its an really embarrassing pathetic experience for us from HCL We always prefer HCL brand to our clients just because of the quality and professional service but this is really disgusting experience for us we have applied for Authorize reseller of HCl a week back we did not got any response for that also.

In our last business meetings with As i have explained you about our esteemed clients our corporate requirements, Schemes and SLA contracts with government and private sectors. Since i have informed to Mr. Alik and Mr. Anil in meeting that we proposed requirement total 1000desktops and 1000laptops upon end of December.

Our Requirement is 100 Desktops of dual core, 100 Atom Desktops or AIO, and 100 HCL XCITEL52A Laptops for these requirement i have already mail the PO to Mr. Alik mark cc to Mr. Anil but till i did not got any updated from them, We are regularly contacting both but they dont have any confirmed words always coming with an fake commitment.

Is this the Real face of HCL & sales department??? This bad image reflect not only on HCL with us it will be getting more than 1000 home users and professionals, company by us HCL is loosing trust and making remark on its brand.

I request to concern people to address our request in right order take the required actions and do the needfull accordingly and save the brand good image HCL since my requests is pending from last 15days.

Note:- If the needfull has not been done within shorten time frame i, ll forward all this mail history and i, ll directly contact to All HCL board members including Mr. Shiv Nadar, Mr. Vineet Nayar, Mr. Ajay choudhry & TSR Subramaniyam.
