Full PF Amount not credited

I worked in HCL for 26-Dec to 31-Mar and my Employee Code was 40155688. I have served more than 5 year of tenure but when I requested for PF withdrawl they have deducted around 67000 Rs. as Tax amount. I know, there is no tax on PF if you serve more than 5 years in a company but people are directing to one another for responses.

I am frustrated with their responses and donot know how to get my money back.
