The Human Resource has decided to offer you a new contract as a Front Office Executive with the hotel. Following a second review of your Resume, we deemed it satisfactory to give you a position similar to what you are used to so that the adjustment process will be easy for you.
You are advised to proceed immediately with procuring the Character Verification Certificate through Barrister Anderson. When you have signed this contract, send a copy to him so that he will give you proper guideline.
Note that the cost procuring the certificate will be paid by you to him while the hotel gives you a reimbursement later but the hotel will pay your visa and work permit processing fee. Note also that with the certificate we can not begin processing your travel documents so if you are actually serious in joining us then see to it that the certificate is got immediately.
We will not entertain delays and extensions will not be granted on the dates given in the new contract because the contents and requirements were already known to you before now. The only change is in your job designation.
