Following careful review and consultations with reference to the resume forwarded by you, We wish to inform you that we have come to the conclusion of the recruitment screening exercise and I am glad to inform you that you have been shortlisted to be part of the team that will be working with us on the contract mentioned in previous correspondences. To ensure a seamless integration into the team, your designation has been chosen in line with past experiences/designation from previous employment.
In this mail, you will find an employment agreement duly signed and issued on your behalf by Hilton Isle of Man Hotel. Note that you are employed by Hilton Isle of Man Hotel UK, but you will be undergoing a one year probationary period at our sister Hotel, Hilton Branson Convention Centre Hotel, Missouri, USA. This implies that although you will be going first to the USA, you are to report directly to me if you have any concerns regarding this process and I will look into whatever concerns you might have.
You will also find a Visa application form accompanying this mail as a PDF attachment. On acceptance, fill the visa form and return it alongside the signed agreement as scan email attachment. You are to include a scanned copy of the picture page of your international passport and a passport photograph. They will be needed in applying for your Labour Certification, Visa and Employment Authorization Document (EAD).
It is mandatory that you must have an Active Security Clearance issued by the Department of Homeland Security. If you do not have this clearance, you are to apply immediately to the US Department of Homeland Security via the USCIS Belfast Office here in the UK with a copy of the signed employment agreement for advice on how to get this clearance; therefore it is a matter of urgency that you preceed immediately with this.

If you have any concerns, then let me know for clarification. Note that the processing of all the necessary papers take quite a bit of time and we have barely seven weeks before we are due to report to the US so you are advised to follow up immediately as Hilton Isle of Man Hotel would not hesitate to look for replacement to anyone who is not as responsive as required. If for any reason you would not be accepting the contract, please do well to inform us immediately.

These people asked me for a deposit of certain USDs (more than $1000) for active Security Clearance and the amount keeps changing. even the USCIS form they sent me has spelling errors.
I have sent them signed copies of employment acceptance letter, visa form along with Scanned passport and photograph.
I am worried if any misuse of my passport would be done. I have kept the persons engaged in a conversation as mentioned on the ACTUAL HILTON WEBSITE. i have also saved all the mails from their end as a proof. request you to take necessary ACTION at the earliest.
