Not yet receive Reliving Letter & PF amount

I have join in this organization on 24th day of Nov - My employee Code was R02816, I was in Home loan dept at Durgapur. on role of HBL Global Pvt Ltd., I have submitted my registion on 5th Mar.

Till date i m not receive my NOC & any reply for my PF.

Pls do the needful as early as possible.
