I have filed H1B petition through cintelsys (former Infovista Technologies in cochin and california). All the processing done successfully, at last i went for the consulate interview. 2-3 times consulate peoples asked for the additional documents as recently infovista take over by the cintel systems.
Now, consulate is telling that they can't issue VISA in my case because my employer is not eligible for giving a job in US.
The reason i am mentioning here is, i have taken a bank loan for paying the H1B fees of 150000 rupees around 3years back. Now it became a huge amount with the interest.
I have send so many mails to the concerned people in cintel/infovista. They are not responding...
B'coz of their company problem only they have rejected my visa.
Kindly suggest me, how can i get this money with interest from this company.
