Julia Chacko who has recently gone on Maternity leave has recently lost out on a lot of Senior HR staff because she is erratic and has Fired some people and very conveniently given speedy promotions to a few. Very bad Hr practice on her end and she seems to be not stopping at that. In the past a lot of people have left because of her.
