CLEARANCE OF P.F

Dear sir,

I Hemlata Jha worked in HYDROAIR TECTONICS (PCD) LTD Company situated in Belapur from 2006 t0 around 2008.After that i resigned, they had not submitted my P.F document till date which i had filled up after resignation letter. MY P.F no is MH/VAS/1150560/054.

i want to clear my P.F, now what i have to do .kindly do the needful.
