Employees will not get the justice through IBM even though we provide with proof... as IBM is really least bothered about the "HARRASEMENT AT WORK" AS IT WILL REMAINS IN WORDS NOT IN ACTION"... AS WE ARE WORKING UNDER LADY TEAM LEAD CALCUTTA MADHUBANTHI... every one in team are unhappy about her behavior... we have filed many complaints on her with proofs and escalted her to manager, delivery head, and VP... no one even tried to read that complaints... not even single person is happy about her... but there is no concept of employee feed back or manager's interference in employee challeges & issues... As she used to shout & abuse on everyone in office before all irrespective of age, gender...
we all are really feeling bad about her... IBM should fire these people as IBM may loose a good people for the people of no use and for the people who spoils the reputation...
IBM should take care in order to avoid the harrasement at work.
