Sir..
I was working with ICICI bank since Feb.
I got an accident in 2008 (legamnet still fractured).
Even than, i worked hard & i was rated 1 for the year 2010.
my profile has been upgraded.
On next day, i was about to get bonus of about 80000/-
but after working hour i was forced to resign without any notice & forced to relieve instantaneously.
I had an employee loan of Rs 388000/- out of which i paid 200000 instantaneously pf... but now i can't pay
-as 'cse of legament fracture i can't go for marketing job
-rest are asking why i resigned?
-collection department is harrassing me...
??? please tell me... can i complaint about my employer..as it make me stranded at the time when i crossed my age 30 for further job hunting & in the handicapped situation???
please help me???
