I JUST CHANGED TO AIRTEL 1 MONTH BACK FROM MY AIRCEL THRU MOBILE PORTABILITY. MY CELL No. IS 98422 72056. FOR THE PAST ONE WEEK, IF A PERSON CALLS TO MY MOBILE IT EITHER SAYS CALL TRANSFER OR SWITCHED OFF OR NOT REACHABLE MESSAGE EVEN MY MOBILE IS ACTIVE. I WENT TO THE DEALER AND LODGED MY COMPLAINT TO THE DEALER NAMED SREE ASSOCIATES, PN ROAD, TIRUPUR. BUT INSPITE OF MY REPEATED REQUEST IN THE PAST 3/4 DAYS, THERE WAS NOT AT ALL A RESPONSE FROM THEM WHICH SHOWS THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF AIRTEL. IF APPROPRIATE ACTION IS NOT TAKEN AGAINST THIS COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY, I HAVE DECIDED TO CANCEL ALL THE 10 CUGS IN THE OFFICE AND GET BACK TO MY OLDER MOBILE SERVICE OPERATOR. I NEED AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS MAIL.
