Non payment of dues

I joined the company ICPA on February 12 as Sales Admn. Manager.

on July 6 I was asked by HR Adviser of the company not to report for work with immediate effect.

I followed the instruction and immediately requested the company through several emails to settle my account based on contract letter dated February 11.

They send me a cheque without the payment of 15 days notice period. Till date neither they have settled my account nor offered explanation why they don't want to pay for notice period. I st clause of the contract reads as " The contract can be terminated at any time with 15 days notice on either side".
