PENSION
UNDUE DELAY IN PENSION DISBURSEMENT

Dear Si/Madam,

It is submitted that I, Col M S Chauhan, retired from service on 25 Feb. I have a saving A/C No. 30091854088 in the SBI Jaipur Cantonment Branch.

My PPO No. M/003888 dated 24 Jul was issued by Office of the Principal CDA (Pension) Allahabad. Inspite completion all relevent documentation my pension and other dues have not been disburse to me.

It is requested that my pension dues be disburse to me at the earliest, as I am facing financial hardships.
