i am satish running a proprietorship software development and training in bangalore from i am also State President for All India Council for Human Rights, Liberties & Social justice and fighting all human rights violation in the society.
i have taken aggressive drive on humanrights violation in IT Industry and sent a detailed survey report to IT Secretary, IT Minister and NSSCOM to pressurinsing the respective department to correct the system.in this process i have sent a letter to Mphasis CEO also, but later Mphasis has harassed one thier employee who was earlier working in my comany and forcibly took a statement from that candidate that, he was not worked in my company and by paying Rs.30, 000/- he got the fake experience and lodged a complaint on I Globe soft Labs by bribing the police.
even though we have submitted our company service tax number, TAN number and proof of the candidate working but still they continued to say that our company is fake. my question is how Mphasis take the candidate with fake experience, being a professional company they have conducted several round of interview and even after employment verification and the candidate was offered with 4.5 Lakhs salary and worked more than six months in Mphasis.
when i sent a letter from human rights then the company started all this and filed a false case against us and want to suppress us and stop us from our human rights action.
