Chq/gifts not received

Dear Sir,

I have join this company since june'11 and filling up there survey online regularly by paying Amt rs.5500/-, but still from there end i have not received any chq nor gifts. Even i dont have any of there contact no. either office address.

Pls suggest me where to go for this complaint.
