As per our telephonic discussion here I am mailing my problem to you, and need your concerned look with the hope that you will take an initiative in resolving the problem.
Sir this is Mahipal Singh Yadav having the Employee code no- 32012 with Indchemie pharmaceuticals.
Sir I have taken the leaves from 25/01/09 with the permission of my concerned superiors RSM Mr. Rajesh Jha and ASM Mr. Prashant Gope because of a serious and really unavoidable circumstances at my hometown. When I came back to rejoined my duties as on dated 20/02/09 they have told me that you have been terminated, and it is with out any intimation from their side & also have not got any official circular from your side, that you can check.
But they have actually required my services so they have taken me, officially can say I joined indchemie again in the month of august’ but I got a different employee code- 32078, with out any other appointment letter and with less salary unlike I was withdrawing previously.
Sir just tells me how it could be possible?
Ok I have compromised with the situations and asked my previous settlement (salary, pf, bonus, expenses), whatever the documents they have asked for the same I have submitted all NOCs. That time immediately.
But I haven’t got any settlement money till date.
Whenever I have asked they haven’t responds. Every time they did unacceptable behavior with me, just because of this I have to resigned from my duties after the long service of 3 year and 3 month.
For this I have posted a prior notice to HR dept. as on dated 07/12/09, as I have declared please consider this notice as my resignation. in response I got the resignation acceptance letter with the Ref: HO/RA for the same.
Again I followed all procedure to take my all pending and current settlement money.
Submitted all required documents, NOCs, property ant whatever the required and you described in the resignation acceptance letter to MR. PRASHANT GOPE (ASM), immediately at my stockiest “LAKSHAY PHARMA”.
Sir my problem is this that I am jobless person at this time and having no other source of income.
I have the responsibility of my two little kids and wife.
Sir just told me how I can survive without money.
I am not asking for the charity, just requesting the money of my services to Indchemie and work, and which is my right to ask.
Sir nobody is giving me the response please helps me.
Pleas sir help me………. As soon as possible.
