Sir,
1. I have the honour to request that the following for your kind
consideration and favourable action. The details are mentioned below
:
(a) I have retired from service wef. 01 Sep 2009 on fulfilling the
initial terms of engagement after completing 20 years and 21 days of
regular service, vide AFRO Letter No. RO / 2504 / 2 / RW (DIS) dated
31 July (DO List No. 230 / 2008). Before retiring I was on the
posted strength of 62 SU, AF (Accounting Unit- 62 SU, EAC) from 08 May
06 to 31 Aug. My PPO NO:08/14/B/12438, date of dispatch on
01 Apr.
(b) Vide your office letter no. CAO/10103/Misc-07/NEAS dated 01 Oct 10
and also reply forwarded via e-mail from your office intimated that
the payment has been held up for wants of Non Payment Certificate.
(c) Whereas, my last Unit i.e 62 SU intimated that Non Payment
Certificate as required by your office has been forwarded to your
office vide 62SU/217/01/NE/Accts dated 08 Oct.
(d) However, a scan file of vacation certificate and No Demand
Certificate issued by 62 SU, Salua and also No Demand Certificate
issued by AF Stn Kalaikunda (5 Wing) as the SMQ under control of that
Station is hereby enclosed for your perusal and necessary action.
2. My request that necessary action may please be taken for payment
of balance amount for said subject as I am facing financial hardship.
The payment already been delayed for one and half years.
3. Your early action will be highly solicited. Please help me about this matter.
