Resp. Sir / Mam,
As i served in axis bank from 15 sept'10 to 18 june'11 during this period i hardly get any leave (might be 2, 3 days). after resigning as per the rule i served 1 month as a notice period, i need leave at that time and i want to adjsut it with my pending leaves but my branch head assure me that since there is a lack of staff and you have to work but you will be paid the leave encashment amount in your full and final settlement no need to process it seperately in the system and regarding this i had a word with HR department also but at that time they don't intimate me about any process. and now in full and final settlement i did'nt receive any amount of my 23 days leave encashment. after that when i follow up regarding this they simply say that as per our HR policy now its not possible. I am pasting the copy of mail (contain all our conversation). I seriously want to escalate in this matter.
