Non receipt of pension in my account number 01703000100234376 at punjab national bank, basti nau, jalandhar under your scheme ECS

It is to inform you that i was holding the above said policy. I received some cheques as my pension as per detail given below ;-

1) cheque no. 797919 for Rs 1162 dated 1-8-09, state bank of india new delhi, A/C-10220566390

2) cheque no. 797920 for Rs 1162 dated 1-9-09, state bank of india new delhi, A/C-10220566390

3) cheque no. 797921 for Rs 1162 dated 1-10-09, state bank of india new delhi, A/C-10220566390

4) cheque no. 797922 for Rs 1162 dated 1-11-09, state bank of india new delhi, A/C-10220566390

and so on...

i sent my option to the concerned authority to pay the pension amount through ECS and i wrote the following letter ;

i opt for payment of annuity through ECS, i am sending herewith the following:-

1) option letter for annuity payment by ECS

2) One cheque of pnb -basti nau, jalandhar.(cancelled) No.409341-144024004 as a proof.

3) your cheques bearing No.- 797919;20;21;22 four in number, their validity has been expired . please change the validity and return or credit the amount in my bank A/C No. given with the option.

4) your cheque bearing No.797927 and 797926, their date of maturity fall on 01-03-19 and 01-04-10 .their amount may please be credited in my account number; PNB Basti nau, jalandhar. A/C No.0703000100234376 bearing nine digit micro number ; 144024004
