Hi

My name is Rashmi Arora, I worked for Sparsh Bpo (previously Spanco Telesystems and Solutions, 409, Udyog Vihar, Phase-lll, Gurgaon) for 1year from Nov to Nov. I filled my PF form in 2007. I had been asked to wait for 90 days and my P.F amount would be credited to my account. I contacted them many times after six months, I came to know that I had to fill the P.F form again due to some mistakes in P.F form. I filled my PF form again and assured by Mrs RR Gala that I would get my P.F within 90 days. After three months I didn't receive my P.F amount, so I contacted her (Mrs RR Gala) again. But this time she assured me that i will received my amount within 15 to 20 days, but i didn't received the same. After 20 days i called her to know my current status, she said i will receive my amount as soon as possible but till yet i mean even after 3 years i didn't received the same. In the meantime her mobile number had changed so i was unable to contact her anymore. I would like to know when i will receive my provident fund amount.
