PF FORM NOT SIGNED AND APPROVED

Dear Sir,

My name is Varsha Singh, was working with Indus Instruments Private Limited from 16.08.09 to 10.06.10.

My PF No. is MH/CHM/202841/17.

I have left the job on 10.06.10 and filled the PF Form in August for settlement of my PF. But after continuous follow up also still my employer is not approving my PF Form and denied to sign it.

He told me to meet him but when I am calling him asking for the same he is avoiding me saying that he is busy and can't meet me.

My Employer's name is Mr. Vijay Dumbre and he is Director of Indus Instruments Private Limited.

I'll request you to do the needful and issue my PF amount as soon as possible.
